| Blonde hair that sits perfectly and the most amazingly similar shoes that I found on ebay.. hoorah! I've hand-sewn this costume, and it was very much a labour of love. The Diamond coat was the hardest part, I had to make sure there were no frays in the material, and it had a nasty habit of doing just that. Alot. T_T I'm really pleased with the way its turned out, and I'm hoping for some screaming female fans! :x | |

EEE! It's great to see some Howl cosplay - excellent job too. The hard work on the jacket really really shows. Great work, you make a gorgeous Howl. I'm planning on doing Howl for the London Expo in May...out of interest though, what material did you use for the jacket? I pondered using cotton, but I wonder if that might be a bit too flyaway.
Thanks v. much ^^ I used cotton ya, it was nice and pliable but it had a bad habit of fraying quite a bit, I suppose it depends how good it is hehe.. lessons to be learned! But yes, it wasn't too heavy to wear either, on the contrary, the weight of it kept it from slipping off when people jumped on me! :P thanks again!

I remember seeing you at Midlands!! Loved your masquerade entry, my friend leaned over and said you made the perfect Howl when you were on stage. xD
Oh wow thats so nice XD thankyou Freya! :D In answer to Neko's question, I'm not sure if or when I'll wear this cosplay again, but I must undoubtedly will at some point! It was so much fun to wear, and the response I got from everyone was really good :) Howl may yet again be coming to a con near you ;) hehe
