Description
Well always wanted to do freeze love the character but the version I love the most is the animated one wasn't that fond of arkum city freeze so I thought I change the animated one a little giving him a cheast plate like the figure and maybe addin details. Triccky part will be findin or makin a helmet hope I get it done
