Was immediately a fan of escaflowne as a series so for several cons all i did was make costumes from it. Dilandau was my first escaflowne costume and infact my first costume. The shoulders come off and the jacket opens can be worn like it is in some of the promotional art. I guess If I did it again (which i prolly wont) i'd like to improve the edging (it was foldered ribbon). I was never a fan of the legs either, now I would likely make the armour as I have for other costumes and have it better fitted. oh well!
