Ahhh, yes! I saw a jacket in Asda which was perfect for Clove and they had the colour for D1! It might not be there any more but it's worth looking! You've gotta do this!
Also, there's gonna be a huge Hunger Games cosplay group at LFCC and there's a group on Facebook - check it out if you can!
