|Maria-sama ga Miteru is a beautiful series set in a catholic all-girls school in Japan, with slight yuri undertones and plenty of drama. That said, it's still a nice series, and the characters are all gorgeously drawn and developed, and it makes a refreshing change from faster paced series.|
I got the dress from Akihabara for 8,000 yen a while back, and hadn't worn it for 2 years when FuyuCon came around, so I decided to wear it then. I wore it all day Sunday until the end of the ball and it made for a nice, light, fresh cosplay!
Sadly nobody recognised me, probably because I didn't have a Sachiko :(
The ribbons were the only part I really had to 'make', since I had shoes, socks, etc and I used my own hair. The ribbons were just.. ribbon? tied then sewn into place and secured with elastic bobbles on the day.
A nice simple, comfy, happy cosplay! Loved wearing this :)
