| Thought I'd try something different from the hunting and arena outfits. I'm planning to do a combination of the book and film versions, styling the outfit as in the movie but using the book description of her cape, headress and hairstyle. If I'm able, I'll be making the Capitol bow she used in the games too. <: - "My face is relatively clear of make-up, just a bit of highlighting here and there. How are you planning this one out?? :3 I haven't seen the movie yet...just read the books, still I'd love to see this at Amecon so I hope I bump into you! ^^
I'm planning on doing a combination of the book and film version. <:
Cape, headdress and braid from the book (not that weird nest she has in the film, haha) but the outfit styled off the movie since it has more detail and will be more identifiable~
Unless you meant material-wise and everything... in which case I only have a vague idea which I hope is going to work. xD
I’ve found a similarly patterned material for the snakeskin and some various tulle/netted materials for the flames.
Good luck with this :D Though once you find fabric I imagine it will all fall into place quite quickly. Going to be awesome since the cosplay itself is really boss :D
