|Since I started playing Harvest Moon DS, I was like "This game is so awesome I need to cosplay someone from it"|
Popuri is so cute and pink XD
I was debating to cosplay Muffy, but I thought Popuri requires a bit more effort XD how that works I don't know~
Putting this down for Kita, now that I've postponed Minuet. I just want to hand out creme eggs/chocolate eggs for no raisen really. Also now I can do corsets, this shouldn't be too difficult/take too long.
Finding the fabrics for this was really easy ^^ All I need now is a big basket and a really cute chicken plush (which will be hard because I don't like chickens very much SOWHYAMIDOINGTHIS)
So happy with how this has turned out, especially the shirt. I think this has help me gain a few skills, including making poofy sleeves, gathering, and how to pleat the waistband of a skirt so it becomes the right side AND adds poof.
Kitacon IV: This was so fun to wear! Despite being a full corset, it was really comfy if HIGHLY impractical for farming! The basket of mini eggs went down very well haha
Need to fix the hemline on the skirt a bit because I rushed it, and so its a bit squiffy and droopy
Gemucon 2013: Will be rewearing this with MadameLapin as Ann and Moonlily as Rick.

ALL of the sewing later (Posted 4th April 2012)
No really, ALL OF THE SEWING
As much as I love handstitching, it does take forever :C I reckon this skirt took at least 10-12 hours to do in total
Minor setback (Posted 2nd April 2012)
Tried on my skirt yesterday, and it's 2" short. HAVE I GOTTEN TALLER???
Shirt done (Posted 31st March 2012)
Obligatory bad quality photo of progess~
Shirt (Posted 29th March 2012)
Started remaking it as the one I made went all wrong and it was just easier to start all over. Will probably use the old shirt for Thumbelina XD
Not sure if happy (Posted 20th February 2012)
Finished the corset today. I like the corset itself, I'm pretty proud of it. I'm just not sure if I'm happy with how it looks ON me XD
The picture is terrible, I apologise profusely.
Progress (Posted 8th January 2012)
Corset pretty much done, I just need to put the boning in and hem the top. Will probably go with plastic this time as it's easier to cut than steel/metal.
