Sorry for the late reply about the goggles!
Basically, the name for that type of goggles is "Handsfree 3X Binocular Style Adjustable Eyewear Eyeglasses"
Type that into a search engine, and quite a few websites will come up. Prices can range from as low as £6 to high as £20.

Hope everything goes well with the costume!
