Boots and Jumper (Posted 23rd March 2012) Finished the boots last night - pics later. My jumper also came in the post this morning but they sent me an orange one instead of yellow =_= My dad said he'll send them an e-mail to see if they can send me a new one but if not, I'm screwed. |

Progress (Posted 21st March 2012) I went cosplay shopping with my mom the other day and I managed to get the boots, the shirt and one of the belts for the boots. We're supposed to be going back on Thursday to see if we can find the sweater vest or the tie and get the other belt but I don't think we'll need to now as I have found two eBay sellers who are selling what I need for reasonable prices with very fast shipping. My mom did manage to persuade my dad about the wig but we're still waiting for it *fingers crossed*. |

Parents .__. (Posted 3rd March 2012) Right, my dad has decided to ruin my plans by telling me I can't buy the wig because "I have enough already. Why can't I just use one of the ones I've got?" (I explain to him every single time why I can't do that) My mom says she'll try and persuade him but if she can't, I'm screwed because I think Danielle has already entered us in the masquerade (I also told him that but he didn't care .__.) |

Shoes (Posted 1st March 2012) Scratch my last post, I actually found a perfect way to do the shoes. I found a tutorial online that says you can use thin white belts and I actually had the perfect belts hidden at the back of my wardrobe. I tested it out on a pair of my mom's boots and it works perfectly! I just need to buy some boots of my own or my mom might have some I can borrow. The only problem is the belts are attached to each other by the buckle so I'll have to find some way to take them apart. |

Panicking XD (Posted 1st March 2012) I don't think I'll be able to this in time, I need to stop changing my cosplay plans at the last minute Dx I already have the skirt but my mom threw out all my white shirts when I left school so I have to convince her to take me shopping to get a new one. I also need to find a tie and a jumper. On the upside I found somewhere that's selling the wig for a reasonable price with fast shipping. The hardest part of this cosplay is probably going to be the shoes... |
