| I actually chose to do Fujin due to the wig that I ordered for my Violetta cosplay - I was supposed to be colouring it blue, but when it arrived and I put it on, it looked a pretty good style for Fujin! She's one of my favourite characters from FFVIII, and two of my friends were attending London Expo as Squall and Rinoa, so I decided why the hell not. The wig itself was only 1p (loooove ebay bargains), with £3 shipping, and I owned half the costume so this is one of the cheapest costumes I've made in the recent years! The boots and trousers I owned already, and the eyepatch was made out of scraps of leatherette and elastic. The only bits I had to buy was the spraypaint for the shoulder armour and the blue material for her shirt. Finding reference pictures was very hard for her, and I didn't have a save game anywhere near where she turns up...so I was staring at pixelated in game shots for a while. I also found out from this costume that I cant wear 'party' contact lenses, which is a shame as I really wanted red eyes for her. | |

Looks pretty cool there, even if you do appear 'stoned' as you say.
