Oh god. Where do I even start with Nero?? Well by far, it's the most difficult cosplay I've ever done. This one has been an incredible journey from the start. Sadly, it's retired now. No more back injuries for a long time (I hope). So it's leather. A lot of leather. Leather belts sewn into jeans and attached to pleather. Pleather sewn into a sort of straight jacket and then reflective tape stuck all over it. It's heavy to wear and very very VERY warm. The boots were also heavy as hell and reflective tape was added to it. XD Now the wings were the thing that took the most time and effort to make. Made out of ply wood with MDF as the main support. I tried to make it as light as I could. Maybe if I ever did this one again, I'd use foam for the wings.
