Description
I originally had no intention of cosplaying Rose, but I was convinced to make her to complete a beta kids group for a tinychat we had planned and then subsequently for a night out in London after Hyper Japan in February. Luckily I was able to make this costume for nothing, since I already had all the fabric I needed inside my cupboard and I borrowed the wig from Felixize!
