I've decided to try and make the waistcoat from scratch and have this cosplay finished before Halloween. My wig also arrived last month, it's shorter than expected but it will have to do. Finished the call wristband.

I may not have this done this month, but I'm determined to have it ready this year.
Gonna be buying the wig from Coscraft soon.
Found a waistcoat I can alter.
Found a tie I can use and add on the detail.
I no longer need to buy the hat as I already got something similar to his that I just bought recently from London, all I have to do is add on the white detail and thats it!

I haven't made a lot of progress on this, but I have found a good wig on ebay for under £20. The seller has had a lot of good feedback so if it stays this price after Kita I'm going to buy it.

Still keeping an eye out for the hat.

Planning to make the waistcoat from scratch as I haven't found any decent ones I'm after.

Aiming to have this finished for July.

I've decided to make a start on this sooner than expected. I found a shirt on ebay so will be getting that soon, and I already have the trousers. Things I need to do left are:

Hat - Can buy then alter it

Waistcoat - Either do the same as above or make one from scratch.

Tie - Buy and sew on detail

Wig - Buy then need to style it

Shoes - This will be the interesting part XD
