.: RETIRED :. I wore this costume to two cons, once to Ame and more recently to Aya 09. It's been received well both times =) I have also worn it multiple time through out the year, and it lasted really well =D but it has started to deteriorate after it's last outing, but it does make it my most worn and most worth while costume =) This costume was probably the hardest to make (at the time) - it really was a pain in the ass, I had decided to dodge leather and to go for polyester as my material of choice, and on the whole it worked really well. I made the stripes / designs on it out of ribbon, and the buttons and cross (on the front) I took from my retired d.gray-man costume (reuse and recycle!). The jacket part also had backing put on to strengthen it and make it look more solid. The skirts were made from looping and sewing fabric around a wide belt, again the white outline was ribbon. The hardest part was probably altering the pattern for the jacket so that it fastened to one side ~ The bought parts of the costume was of course, the white jeans and the boots and the wig. The wig was cut by me in the end XD and I just fastened the back like you would normal hair =)
