Hrm, that's a tricky one, but I think most people assume it's a t-shirt. Personally I'd go for a t-shirt to make sure the sleeves definitely don't show out the end of the jacket sleeves.

Officially wearing this for May MCM expo! (Posted 17th March 2013)

Just as the title says. I'll be revamping quite a few bits, making the claws and getting some animal style feet sorted.

Back up and running (Posted 25th November 2012)

I've finally gotten back to this costume after months.
Currently I'm in the process of making the horns and the claws. I'm in a slight rush to finish this for a local event that's happening soon, but it's progressing nicely.

New wig brought! (Posted 2nd July 2012)

I've finally found a lovely wig from Coscraft! It's going to need a bit of cutting/styling, but I think it's exactly what I was looking for. I've ordered it, so hopefully it will be here by Friday.

I'm not happy with how the horns turned out, so I'm making them again >.<

I've decided that I'll be using my grey trousers that I already owned as they work fine :33
I can get down to making the hat and tail after my exam next week.

Damn, the wig was a little too short. Time to find another one.

I found the coat!! (Posted 5th February 2012)

I went to a local army surplus shop and coat the purrfect coat!
It's a little long on the arms, but I love it.

But guess what? I'm stupid enough to have accidently gotten a hole in it already >_<

Brought some supplies and stuff (Posted 24th January 2012)

I've brought the fabric for the hat. I'm using a lovely blue poly cotton that I found at my local Haberdashery :3
The Crayola Magic Model clay has also been ordered. I've also brought some stuffing for the tail and the black lipstick.
I'm pretty excited about how this is going to turn out. No luck finding the coat yet.

I have decided to use some grey trousers I have as a stand in until I find the perfect ones for Nepeta. They're pretty close to her's anyway~

I actually an struggling to postpone this any longer. I need to cosplay Nepeta! xD
I'm meant to be starting this after all these damn English exams, though have ended up gathering parts slowing whenever I see them.

I'm heading straight to my local military shop to look for a suitable coat when I get the chance. I also need a black t-shirt and some green paint. Not sure what type of fabric to
use for the hat :/ Should I use a felty-type of fabric or regular blue cotton?
Soo many decisions!
