|I know have an understanding of how many people that go to expo love sushi. I had soooo many people shouting out to me "Omg, I love sushi too!!" It was truly random. |
This cosplay was nice to wear in the heat that was May expo, however I felt VERY contuse about the fact that the front kept opening and I could end up flashing people >< All the ribbons kept tangleing and by the end of the day my head mask kept sliding down onto my face and blinding me. But besides all that the outfit its self was pleasent and rather comterbale (besides the shoes but we all know what I'm like with Geta's)
A few years ago I was told 'you have to suffer for your art', this I can relate to with all my cosplays.
Lession learned - Big props for short people = not a fab ider.
In the end to get the full effect of my fish umbrella I realised it'd have to be held in both hands across my body or placed on my hip to get it high enough not to disapear behind it. Once I got home I had a purple/yellow/black bruise the size of two hand prints on my hip. I'll need to take this kinda thing into account for next time.
