Description
I did this for a Halloween event at my university. There was a costume competition, which I lost out to to a store bought "Bride of Frankenstein" costume -_-' always the way, I guess. Spent literally every spare second working on this. The make up took about an hour to do, and the tights were a pain. The ruffle didn't want to work, but hey, i think i looked pretty good when all was said and done :D Might be wearing it to a con in future ^-^
