| This is a collaboration between Silver and myself. She made the top, skirt and bows and showed me how to make the rest of it :D. I'll be wearing this on the Sunday along with Silver who'll be Sailor Jupiter. Still got the bows and collar to attach, shoulder sleeves, gloves, and ruffle round the skirt to make!
