| This costume is really simple, excluding the lattice pattern on the skirt. I plan to do this for Fuyucon 2009, along with my boyfriend who will be Zack Fair. I bought the basic camisole top from Primark of all places - £1. I already have the pink undertop, which was also from Primark. On one side will be some flower details, which I haven't bought yet. The skirt I want for this costume is available online, in the sale XD. I'm not too sure how I will do the lattice pattern on the skirt, might get lucky with some lace or ribbon. The shoes are wedge sandals, I haven't seen any appropriate ones in my size yet. For the hair, I will use my own hair - it might be a little short for Aerith - with a pink ribbon/material to tie at the top. With a helluva lot of gel and hairspray for that gravity defying look! Also, I want a little basket filled with flowers as a prop :3 | |

I'm still working on this I swear... (Posted 8th January 2009) Honestly, it's so hard to find the right kind of sandals. I'm so picky but I can't find white wedge sandals since I can replace the strap part. Let the eBay search continue! I has the top but not the pretty flowers, but I have found the PERFECT reference picture for the flowers and detail on the top/skirt whatever. I just need to buy about 54835783 meters of ribbon :D The skirt is the trickiest part... I might end up making it if i can't find the right base since it needs a crinkle cotton fabric (not that I can find any of that anywhere ><;) and tiered in either 2 or 3 parts. But, none-the-less, I'm trying damnit XD I hopefully want to wear either this or my Yachiru costume for expo. Aerith will even have her Zack to accompany her :D No flower cart tho :( |
