Homura is my favourite character from Madoka Magica. I love her and I love time travel, so it was a given, really! I'm still pretty new to making my own costumes, and I commissioned parts of this one whilst making others. It was also a pretty big deal for me to decide to dress up in girls' clothes in public - even though it's a costume, that still makes me a little nervous. Overall, I'm pretty pleased with it. If I had more time, I'd like to finish/add certain details and maybe remake a few things, because it isn't entirely accurate, nor does it fit as well as it could. Perhaps if I decide to re-wear it to another con, I'll fix it up. Debuted: MCM May 2012
