Description
Lloyd is the Dragoons' main adversary for most of the game, traveling throughout the Continent of Endiness and causing all sorts of disasters in the name of a utopia promised to him by the mysterious Emperor Diaz. He is one of the few surviving Winglies.

This outfit comes from the use of the Divine Dragoon Spirit, but the DDS itself does not recognise Lloyd as its master.
