your costume was truely epic.

Dude this is epic the last time i played legend of dragoon was a demo about 4 years ago i cant find the full game anywhere.

The game is on the rare list now and you can pay up to £80 for a good copy.

Well it cost about £300 in materials, the boots were New Rocks and were in a sale at £145, plus there was the wig and the under clothes.

Had to make the sword to out of foam and latex.

The whole costume went like this:

Motorcross armour with steel frame bolted and welded into place.
Then Stryrofoam was expandyfoamed on top.
The foam was shaped with a sander.
Then the whole thing was covered in PVA (this protects foam from airsol).
Then I sprayed it with a textured paint.
Then put on detail with no more nails.
Then airbrushed the the desired effect.

The whole thing was made in loadsa parts so it would fit into my car (ford focus), and was litterly bolted together at PTI at expo before masq.

Roses dragoon form is one of my dream costumes, so seeing this made my jaw drop. Utterly fantastic and the wings looked really sturdy. Congrats on getting it to fit in a car XD

Wings were very sturdy, thanks to a welded steel rod frame. These still had to be collapseable thought to get into car.
