Description
The skirt is so floaty and pretty! hehe~ Really enjoying making it although it's a little simple ^^; The picies sign on the top isn't too spectacular and kinda just looks like a giant H XD Not sure what to do with the horns and the fins though! I'm thinking felt for the fins and a hairband. X____X Wish me luck everybody! :'D
