|I was waiting a long time for this game to come out, and while the ending was a teeny bit disappointing, I love the game and Team Bondi put so much effort into it that it's just incredible. I mean, when you can use google maps to find places in L.A Noire, than that is some serious dedication to detail, especially to get LA looking so much like it did in the 40's to the point of the map being almost perfectly correct. DAT SKILL.|
I really like Stefan. I like that he is a little bit lacking in his efforts and that he's a joker and messes around. I think he's probably one of the nicer partners you get, though I do particularly like Roy (He's an asshole but has deeper reasoning's for being so. Least I think he does.) I really like that Stefan at first was kind of pissed that Cole got a promotion so quickly, having been in the police force himself since he was 18, and being involved in the Zoot Suit riots. I find it very interesting that Stefan is only 26, because he looks a lot older and called Cole 'kid', even though Cole is older by a year. I also like that Stefan warms to Cole and becomes a great partner, despite being a bit of a slacker and having insecurities about himself. I think Cole helps him with that, simply by doing such a great job as a partner. There are a few little things I like about him too, like how he says dames, whereas other partners used broads. He also seems to be a bit of a ladies man, or have low standards, because he uses the phrase 'My standards are only as high as the glass of whiskey I drink from', which I have to admit, has been a favourite phrase of mine long before playing this game, when it concerns certain character types.
Stefan's suit is great. I like that it's a sport coat, which gives him a slightly casual look while being presentable at the same time. I think it fits his demeanour as being a little playful and a bit of a slacker. It says to me that he takes some pride in his appearance, but not so much so that he's over the top like Roy.
Since it's a sport coat it's going to be made of something thicker than the regular blazer, probably tweed. I'd like to try and find a proper sports coat, but I will resort to making it from scratch if need be. His pattern is pretty common in older jackets, you see a lot of older men wearing them these days, rather than young men.
I think Sean McGowan did a great job as Stefan, I remember seeing him in Enterprise a few years back, so I was very pleased to see him in this. There were quite a few people I was shocked at seeing, such as John noble, Julie McNiven and Kurt Fuller. :D
