My Commissar ... my finest and favourite costume I have done. This one is all by me! Though the majority of it was simply finding the right things and putting it all together. Been a long time since I did it but this was put together over 3 - 5 months and cost a fair bit. Though not intentional when all was put together it looked more towards a Junior ranking commissar as opposed to a full blown long serving commissar (hell my clearly young face adds to it :P). Hmmm Not much else to say. IN THE NAME OF THE EMPEROR .. Charge you DOGS! ;P
