Description
I've been wanting to cosplay Belgium for a long time. This is admittedly down to more nerdy history reasons than the character herself, but I still think she's cute and lovely and yay. :D I went back and forth over it because I'm worried I won't be able to pull her off after I hated my Liechenstein so much. 8'D But after recent inspiration I decided to bite the bullet and just go for it and see what happens. 8'D Chose the blue maid's dress thatappearsinliketwopanelsandabout2minutesofthenaime. 8'D I just really like it, it's simple and cute and will be a good start if I like her enough to do some more complicated historical costumes for her. It's being made by the fabulous nocturnal-blossom because...I just didn't really have a great desire to make it, and she makes wonderful dresses so I know I could trust her. ^^ Should be wearing this at october expo on the sunday carrying around free chocolate for all! :D EDIT: Now complete. Made by nocturnal blossom as I said before. ^^ Was lots of fun to wear and be girly with. WIND WAS NOT FUN THOUGH. XD

Base Wig (Posted 9th September 2011)

Here's the base wig for Belgium. It looks far more ginger there than in reality. It's more of a dark caramel blonde but...my camera refused to acknowledge that. |:

Needs cutting which will pain me because it's so pretty. ;_;
