|HORO! This was the first ever costume I've done for a masquerade. Oh my goodness I was so nervous before going up! I think I might have really annoyed people back stage because I don't stop rambling when I'm nervous >_<|
But overall the costume came out better then I had expected! I was being really anal about the details of the costume. So much so that I spent 5 hours making just the bag. It was also a last minuet job. So much so that I hadn't tried the whole thing together until the day. AND I hadn't prepared what to do on stage beforehand so thank goodness I have loverly patient friends who helped me out with it. <3
Overall this is probably the best costume I've made so far! But it still needs improvement. I want to get a better wig (one that matches the fur better) and change the ears (which were last minuetly sewn onto a cat ear hairband). I want to make the ears smaller and wider on the head to be more accurate to Horos. And if I have time I'd like to make a winter cape which can hide the ears and tail and which I can whoosh off! It would be AWESOME O_O Just like in the show! ^^
p.s the Red Apples I found were AMAZING for pics but they tasted DISGUSTING!!!!
