| Dear little Merrill, the sweetest blood mage in Thedas. I really love her as a character, I think she's adorable and hilarious. I'll be practicing my best Welsh accent for this. I really don't have the skills to attempt a chainmail bodysuit, and I don't really think it would be exactly practical either, haha. Instead, I'll be using a black catsuit with silver mesh fabric over the top to replicate the look of chainmail. I'm hoping to make a staff for this costume, which will be my first attempt at prop making. Firsts are always good! Sometime in the future, I hope to make the "Raimants of the Dalish Pariah" romance outfit. Perhaps after I find my own Hawke... :) | |

Tattoo test, I guess? (Posted 13th September 2011) Unsurprisingly, this was an absolute bitch to do, haha. Still, I'm hoping that if I practise enough, when the time rolls around to do it for real, I'll be able to draw them nice and neatly and without having to rub parts I messed up off every few minutes. |
