| I am not buying the crap version of the suit off eBay. I am buying a white suit and then modifying it so I can be involved with the costume construction by: a.) adding the details to it myself, and b.) styling the wig myself because the set wigs are horrific for Kaname. I have promised Raye-Chan that I will try to do him as best I can and as accurately as I can. | |

Last bits to arrive/buy (Posted 2nd March 2012) I bought a clip-on tie (it'll save time and effort), the tie pin (more expensive than I think it's worth, but hey it's required), and lastly I just need to find a suitable pair of white trousers to replace the commissioned ones that DON'T FIT. Yes, I do recommend 360 Cosplay on eBay because everything else was perfect. I also just need to tweak the wig a little more, and then all is finished for Lord Kaname. ^_^' |

Suit Arrival! (Posted 23rd February 2012) Well, the suit has arrived. There was a slight mishap in that the trousers don't fit, but that's partially been amended already as I found a pair I might be able to use. However, I will still look for something a bit better than those. Everything besides the trousers is absolutely brilliant! I must recommend 360 Cosplay on eBay for this. I like the quality, and the fabric feels quite durable (although keeping it clean may prove to be a bit of a task). |

Slight change of plan AGAIN (Posted 4th February 2012) I have had to have it fully commissioned now (as has Raye-chan) because we have other projects on the go and they require more attention. Alas! It must be this way, but at least I'll have styled the wig myself. -_-' |

Suit / Uniform Plan (Posted 11th January 2012) Buy a commissioned uniform from eBay but without the details attached. The seller is happy to send the detailing separate so I can sew it on myself! Seems like a good way to do it. I don't really have the time to faff around buying other suits and hoping they'll work out. If they don't, it'd be wasting time. At least I will then have some part in the construction. I must save up for a few weeks first though. |

Suit Fail No.2 (Posted 8th January 2012) So, I bought the suit off eBay, the 70s one.... On the search we go again. Commissioning is the VERY LAST RESORT. I want to avoid that if at all possible because I like to be involved in the making of my costumes. Hopefully it'll be third time lucky... |

Wig Progress and New Suit Needed (Posted 4th January 2012) Well I got a wig, and I've pretty much styled it already. I think it's looking good now. I hope to buy a fancy dress 70s disco suit. That should work. They're not very expensive and I HOPE I'll be able to work with one of those. |

Beginnings (Posted 21st December 2011) I've bought a suit for Kaname, and I've been waiting anxiously for it to turn up. I hope it will work. It isn't one of those bad standard ones you can buy off cosplay shops on eBay though. I DID buy it off eBay, but it's a standard white suit that I will modify to suit, so it means I can personalise it by adding the detail on it myself. I'm still learning a lot with fabric, so modification is a good way to do it. Next, I need to find a wig (either styled right if I can find one, or one that I can style myself), and a black shirt and red tie. Then I'll be about halfway there. |

My uniform is a commission (my only commission thus far as I prefer to make my costumes myself - but this was an exception as finding a decent white suit wasn't possible, and modifying it to look exact probably wouldn't have worked).
