| Making this would be kinda easy. Wig: Just by a blue wig and get my friend to style it if possible Hat: get a white beany hat and put card on it with pink shape Shirt get a large black shirt and cut it appropriate. White bit: Wear white t-shirt underneath that is shaped Skirt: Get a normaly plaid skirt Shoes: Now that is a problem. I dunno how excactly to do that but i'll ask my friends how | |

tip for the shoes: I used pink 'ugg'-style boots, and decorated them with pink and white fleece/felt
