| So far I have made a start on all aspects of the costume but need to train my mindset to actually finish them -____-' I would say the easiest part has been the shoulder and elbow pads. The hardest I would say.... could be trying to actually find blue swirly fabric for the bandanna and waist/sewing faux leather gloves by hand/ using a bra as a base for the corset then working out what to do next with the ridiculousness. I have learned how to paint elephant looking skin onto leatherette (faux leather for the boots) and that I should not be trusted with hand stitching. The necklace has gone surprisingly well given that it looks like a deathtrap when worn. | |
