| A fairy Costume for my three year old sister as she's been asking me to make her a costume since I started mine. The idea came from the fact that Charlotte likes fairies and I currently have large amounts of fire colour material. Her original idea was a pink dragon which then changed to a similar coloured unicorn. Comparitively a fairy is simple. I made the skirt by assembling layers of flame shaped fabric to creat three layered flames. Considering her small size no more was needed. I then created a waist band leaving a few extra inches on either side to allow the elastic to stretch. It was then a simple job of sewing on the flames to the waist band. | |
