| The Count is descended from the Merovingian line of France although his grandfather moved to the United Kingdom long before Louis was born and as such is British in mannerisms, accent and now blood also. The Count was raised an aristocrat and as such has very high standings as well as acting the proper gentleman. He dresses in such a way also, a top hat covering most of his short dark hair, swept over his right eye most of the time to conceal the Telescopic Diagnostician, a monoggle which is attached to an analogue computer which he wears on his forearm on a brass vambrace. Also attached to this vambrace is a tap-valve and a test-tube of liquid which, when released, injects directly into the Count's wrist, making him immune to the chlorophorm canisters which his crew uses. Louis is a strict pacifist and therefore abhors killing unless truly necessary! He wears a tailcoat over a dark red vest and sword belt which holds both his cutlass and the french calvalry flintlock pistol which was passed to him by his grandfather. The Count also carries a pistol which fires paralysing gel which recently backfired on him. The way you changed the picture to look Ye old Black and white does work quite nicely. However do make sure to credit me for the photos. I have been flooded with emails asking if I did really take the pictures.
I would have thought that with your gallery listed on the forums it'd be obvious LOL But still, I have edited the costume information to include a credit to you.
