well i have to be a mad man to actually attemp this but im going to anyway, this is going to hopefully be my biggest project, to my knowlage no one has done a RAY costume the same way i intend to do this one, ive seen a few gijinka style ones but not much else, ive seen a few REX's but not ray.

im going to use the same technique that most fur suit makers use to address the double knee issue as its far more practical then makeing a rig that ment the second knee is on my ankle so i would have to distribute my wieght over my shin while hopeing that the lower leg piece holds the weight of everything. however i will be giving myself some more hirght using blocks in the feet pans

the head will be above my head giving more height and will open and close as if ray is using its high pressure water cannon and make the same roaring noise, might be able to put a water pistol in there aswell for the lols. so most if not my entire upper body will be inside rays torso but this may change as i go through the design process
