| I never really liked the MK2 version of Smoke, but I very much like the version from Mortal Kombat (2011). He's a much better character overall, and not just a "pallet swap" of Scorpion. I will be doing a mixture of both his primary and alternate costumes, with the overall effect looking very much like his Primary costume,, but with a few pieces from the alternate outfit. I am going to have this ready for October Expo come what may.... EDIT (01/11/11) - Classing this as complete, although the armour on the top will be changed from Fabric to Sintra before this is worn again. | |

Leg Armour (Posted 28th September 2011) Ok, so I've more or less finished my leg armour. I've made it from Clone Trooper armour of all things. I've had the pieces sat around for pretty close to 2 years now, waiting for me to build my Clone Wars Obi-Wan Kenobi. But, since I haven't had a chance to put him together until now, and there are now so many Kenobis out there compared to 2 years ago, I've decided not to do that costume (what can I say, I like unique costumes) So, I've taken the knee and shin armour, and modded it. |

Mask WIP (Posted 22nd September 2011) Finally got my wig, so I just need a half balaclava now. In this pic, I used a full balaclava and just had it pulled down around my neck. |

Arm Guards WIP (Posted 22nd September 2011) I bought a pair of shin pads, and have filled in the parts with the logos using Milliput. |

Mask Update (Posted 25th August 2011) I have finally completed the paint-work on the mask. My initial plan was to spray paint the base mask (as in Mask 02), then paint the front piece black, so to match the game version. |
