| This is the first proper weapon/prop i ever made. I didnt quite realise how much it would cost in the end to make, but im a sucker when it comes to detail, so i dont really mind that it cost me just over £100 to make. I decided to make one after having a look on the internet and i wasnt really impressed with what was available, they were either nothing like it or they were just way to small and the shipping price was just extortonate. So i thought ultimatley that i could make one that looks the part/has all the detail and is the right size for a pretty much the same moneye as buying one. | |

Oh my . What do you us to make the body of the sword ?? I must know ! Pure epic !
I made the frame out of pine wood n then covered it with 5mm thick Foam Board and used balsa wood to build up the hilt as i wanted to keep it as light as possible.
