Description
So I wore this to accompany EmoLastKiss' Victorian!England cosplay.
Was a great success me thinks! Wore my new wig for Prussia, so it doesn't look at ratty as my other Prussia cosplays and, well, I just love Victorian clothing.

...Also Char and I went on the hunt for PrUK fans - so much fun.
