Description
Seeing as Prussia has an official genderbend/fem design, I feel tempted to make a gakuen uniform and run around in it as the character xD. It'd be great to learn how to make something like a 'dress' too, especially one which doesn't look too difficult. Plus, I rather miss having a school uniform - gah, those were the days, I looked so smart, and now I just hang around in whatever I can find, haha~ I'll take a proper full-on cosplay pic of this at some point, now that it's done! For the moment I'll offer fake-fem!England xD;;.
