| A friend of mine (miiol) and I decided to get a PLC group together and thought the Roman Hikou outfits would be fun to do. Someone did think I was just cosplaying a schoolgirl, I don't think many people knew PLC then. I don't have the patches for the armband and tie yet though, I'm not sure if I'll be able to get them. I've heard some people painted them but painting isn't really my strong point. | |
