Finished.... and with ten hours to spare (Posted 25th May 2012)

So, I finished this costume, barely in time really. Can't really think straight right now, but this has been a massive education in how I should make clothing. Oh, and I learnt to make boot covers. That's pretty cool.

So, the wig is ordered, Yukianesa is being cut out and stuck together, and the coat is finally coming together. The red lining was something that was worrying me for a bit, but I've worked it out and the costume will hopefully look awesome! I guess all I need to do is add the black bias to the sleeve holes, the gold trim to the shoulders, the yellow tape to the edging and the buckles and notions like that.

Also, might be wearing this to Hyper-Japan! But May expo is a certain for it.... I'll have my cosplay ready for 3 months.... That kind of rocks.
