Description
Well, I decided to redo my whole dress for Alpine Height's group Alice In Wonderland cosplay in Midlands. I wasn't all that pleased with the last one, and this time around I wanted to make it look more influenced by Victorian ball gowns. The actual top half is boned and laces like a corset, though I wish i'd used steel boning instead D: I also wore a hoop skirt and a petticoat ontop of that, so needless to say it was funny to move around in it.

The belt was also customized to lace up at the back (I spent so much time bashing eyelets through material with a hammer.. believe me) and tried to give the whole outfit a clockwork-esque look to it. Looking back though, there is a lot to be improved ;D

Overall, pretty happy with it.

Wheyy! (Posted 13th April 2011)

I finally bothered to get a CosplayIsland account. Took me long enough, really ;(
Well, i'm still getting used to it and stuff.. so yes. Bear with me.

Right now im debating over cosplay plans, however money, as always, is a problem. Hopefully i'll get them all sorted soon though.
