| I'm a big fan of the TV series. I hopefully will be able to use bits from my Supertrooers cosplay to assist me. Bits of it will require a bit of research and sourcing. Now planned for May Expo. Recosplaying Supertroopers restoked my interest in this costume. Really enjoyed cosplaying Rick, revamped for LFCC 2012. | |

Uniform Test (Posted 19th May 2012) Hat was darkened by Alias and patches attached. Worn together to see how it all looks. |

Badges Attached (Posted 8th May 2012) Shirt arrived so I then affixed collar insgnia, name badge, and county shield. Patches need to be attached then it's done. |

Hat Test (Posted 31st March 2012) Reusing the gold campaign cord from my Supertroopers project, I test fitted that and the badge to the hat to get an idea of how they look together. I'm happy with the result. However the band on the hat will need removing, and the hat itself darkening a shade with fabric spray. It fits perfectly too. |

Sherriff Badges (Posted 31st March 2012) Due to the complexity of scratch building something as intricate as the sherriff badges, I opted to buy some ready made ones that were pretty spot on. |

Sherriff Jacket (Posted 23rd March 2012) Bought the type of jacket Rick uses during Season 1. Tricky to find and wasn't cheap.... When it arrive patches will be sewn on to the arms. |

Sherriff Shirt (Posted 23rd March 2012) Shirt is a US police Class A shirt in two tone Tan/Brown. I bought an identical shirt from the same website 3 years ago for my Supertroopers project. |

Hat (Posted 20th March 2012) Hat is a Cattleman cowboy type. Once it arrives will see how close colour is and darken it if needed using fabric spray. |

Brilliant choice, this is going to be epic. I love the show (counting the days until it is back one tv) and it is great to see a cosplay from it.
