| For the gijinka group of MLP: Friendship it Magic, Celestia caught my eye and I would love to do my own design for her :D My challenges for this cosplay were: dying a wig in different sections and not just in one go (I've never dyed a wig before so big start to this) and making a ballgown type dress. I think I've done a pretty good job XD next time I make a skirt, I will try to make it fuller though. | |

Base dress finished! (Posted 9th August 2011) I'd put up a pic but I didn't get one taken, I will once I've worked out how to do the chiffon bits! I have a bit of chiffon but no idea what to do with it orz! Was originally going to use it as an overskirt (I might still do but no idea how to attach it) because I like the way it dulls out the budget satin's in your face shiny XD |

LOLOL (Posted 2nd August 2011) NEED TO GET CRACKALACKING WITH THIS DRESS 8DDDDD It'll be fiiine.....riiight???*gibbergibber* I made a duct tape dummy, but I started overheating so we were in a rush to cut it off me, and now it's collapsing in on itself when I try to stuff it :S it doesn't look good at all, so I guess I'll have to work around it for now... |

Unicorn horn? (Posted 27th June 2011) So, I was thinking about Celestia's horn, and I'm taking some inspiration from another of my favourite stories, The Last Unicorn (if you haven't seen it, DO. It's amazing and I adore the characters). In the story the unicorn is transformed into a human, and in doing so, her horn is represented by a star/flower mark on her forehead. I'm going to do this with my Celestia as it's a similar thing, a unicorn (well, pegacorn) becoming human. :D Pic is of the human unicorn from the Last Unicorn, her human name is Lady Amalthia I think. |

Waaaah it's so pretty and colourful! Can't wait to see it all curled and stuff, I love that you used pastel colours. It would be too much like Rainbow Dash otherwise :)
Thankyou! Last night I could see a lot of white strands but it adds to the pastel effect so I don't mind :) I should have used a lot more dye, but aaah welll :P Live and learn XD
