| I don't know where to start. lol. "Fleeting Moon Flower" is a song by VanaN'Ice which features the Vocaloids Kaito, Gaupo and Len. I absolutely fell in love with them the first time I listened to some. I'm so excited to be doing this costume XD although quite nervous too. It will be my first crossplay that is not a dress and the first that I want/need to bind for. Not quite sure how well I will pull it off but I really want to try. ^_^ I will be joined by: KirisakiMax as Kaito LimeGreenJelly as Len | |

uitar progress. (Posted 30th January 2012) So since last ime the holes and chips have been filled in with Milliput as reconmended by my Dad. These and the "Satellite" logo on the head have then been airbrushed over in black. The red section was also airbushed and the edging painted by hand in a pale gold. |
|
Guitar and finishing touches. (Posted 21st January 2012) Bought a guitar to paint up for this today. Hoping I can just add the design and re-varnish it. |
|
Hakama and top. (Posted 18th October 2011) Made the hakama yaesterday. They were a lot easier than I expected :D Took about 6 hours I think. Started on the top today. Just need to add the collar to it. |
|
sleeve painting, glove belts and obi. (Posted 14th October 2011) Painted the background pattern for the sleeve by sponging on a darker purple. Also made the black belts for my glove. They were made of that chinese brocade stuff. I really don't like that stuff. It freys sooo much D: But the pattern was a good match. |
|
Painting (Posted 9th October 2011) Started the painting last weekend and continued working on it today. I worked on it in layers starting with the big flowers in the background then the paler ones on top. It will need a few small, single pettles and some paint splattery bits. About 6 hours today and 3-4 last week maybe. |

Getting started :D (Posted 1st July 2011) Well kind of anyways. I bought some black cotton lycra for the under top and gloves today so I can make a start when i get some time. At least its something ^_^; |

We can do these :3 If I can make a mech and you can make a doll like creature we can do anything :D
I like your thinking :D Though if I can make said doll like creature remains to be seen :S This will be so much fun XD
Oooh wow! The designs are really gorgeous! So looking forward to this ^^
I totally fell in love with these outfits when I saw them. I really hope I can do him justice ^_^;
The painting looks so beautiful!! perfect :)
Aww thank you ^_^ There are still some little bits to add but it is getting there.
Wow, your painting is just gorgeous~ What are you using for it? I wouldn't know where to start! The only painted complete cosplay on my page is the Orihime skirt, and that was mostly Sharpie... >.<
Good job you saw the lime green obi, because I only just found it XD I do not pay attention ... We're doing well with these you know ....
@Pipin4242:Awww thank you ^_^ I have been using screen printing inks. Paretly because I already had some of the colours and also I find they cover a little better than fabric paints (even better than in the picture on light fabrics.) They also come in bigger pots. This is just one coat because I thought it looked quite a lot like the pattern in the reference that way.
@LimeGreenJelly: I totally thought it would be the first thing you noticed XD
Guitar = Stunning :D
You looked so wonderful in this ^^ The detail is gorgeous and you really suit Gakupo! Also glad you liked the photo ^_~
Thank you ^_^ I think this is probably one of the costumes I'm most proud of at the moment. I really enjoyed making it and love wearing it too. I really love the photo. Thank you for taking it ^_^
