OMG!!! Oggie boogie, That's gonna be amazing!!!! (Tempted by shock's costume!)

I can't wait to see this. I just can't wait for the Disney group altogether really! :D But the Oogie Boogie is a legend. ^_^

This is the most epic cosplay I've ever seen!! I saw the video of the masquerade performance on youtube, and I gotta say you nailed Oogie Boogie 8D I loved that you got the walk right and everything, it totally made my day seeing it! ^_^

sjbonnar: Oh wow, Totoro, I cannot wait to see that - good luck! The actual padding for Oogie is a seperate fat-suit underneath a hessian/burlap sack shell. I first step into a fitted fabric body suit that has fabric 'pillows' of wadding sewn onto it to it to make it look like a very fat man with a giant belly, back fat and bulky arms. I'm then buttoned in to give support as it weighs a LOT. Then (with the aid of someone else) I step into the sack cover and pull it over the top and fasten up the back. A lot of batted suit makers (semi)permanently attach the outer shell to the padded suit underneath so you get into the suit all in one go, but I didn't due to the flimsy nature of burlap. With fur you could easily make it as a one piece.

The photos don't do justice to the sheer quality and size of this cos i have seen other oogie boogies but none like yours truly a memorable cos :)

Don't believe I only just this second found out it was you in this costume! It is one of the best costumes I have ever seen, I love it, you made me laugh so much when watching the masquerade, amazing stuff!

Yay! I found you! I just want to say that I love Oogie Boogie (me and my sister sing his song all the time in the car) and when I saw you up on stage I couldn't help but go 'eee~!' Too bad I couldn't find you afterwards, would've loved to have glomped you. You made an awesome Oogie Boogie and were fantastic on stage! I can't wait to see more of your outfits! :D
