| hmmmm.. where to begin. Basically I thought that could kill two birds with one stone by making a ball gown and a cosplay in one... So I started off, I could not find a lace even remotely close to the original, So I stupidly decided that I would make it from Scratch.... I Beg... If you need to make more than a meter square of lace... DON'T DO IT!!!!!! This took me hours, I also needled myself pretty badly in the process >_< But for anyone who wants to know, I made the lace by sandwithing black tulle between water dissolable stabilzer and then embriodering it using laurelin/lizzy's awesome machine. But all in all, I eventually got this finished and I mainly use it for formal dinner... There are way tooo many formal dinners to go to in Oxford. The corset it made out of leather and the neckpiece was handbeaded with a little help from my friend anne. | |

I really need to finish either my Anakin, Luke or Zayne Carrick costume one day, I need to be a Jedi. (Albeit a whiney, emo one...)
