Try 4 and a half inch heels then talk to me about pain. :P
Im joking, cuz I discovered there is a way to make even 4 and a half inch heels not kill ..I find those gel shoe inserts actually do work! eg search eBay for Party Feet. I bought the half inserts cuz the ball of the foot is where the most pressure is. Thats my tip if you find wearing heels kill your feet. :)
