I really do need to focus on my version 2 for our hynes children photoshoot which isnt too long away lol. I also need this for the HC meet at Manchester Expo as well. Well everyone is revamping their cosplays and considering my old one is falling apart and becoming way too big for me, i need a new one. I've also decided i'm going to make the cosplay myself as Quistis is a very special cosplay to me and it didn't feel right that i was wearing a bought cosplay. Whereas my version 1 was focused more on the figurine of Quistis, this one will be focused more in game, so it will be peach instead of orange =D ~~~~~~~~ Put into progress now as I have my orange material. I love it soo much! X. 25-05-11: Made the Armwarmers, i made a couple of mistakes but luckily i had enough material. Lots and lots of love to BabemRoze who bought me the material to make them ^_^ x. ~~~~~~~~~~~ Finally complete! I love it more than my V.1 but i'm still not entirely happy so one day in the future i will be making a V.3 xD however that won't be for a long time. Can't wait for Manchester Expo now! =D Pictures up soon x.

Quistis Top. (Posted 24th July 2011)

Well this was an absolute nighmare to make, it's loads more complicated than it looks. The most difficult part was the collar. When i finally got the basic shape right (after about 4 days) i then realised the collar was too small so i added more fabric to that to make it bigger and stiffen it a bit as well. After that i took it in at the sides to give it more shape. Then i added the zip. I then added the bias binding but i didn't have any grey thread so i hot glued it all on. I'm just glad it's over xD x.
