| After a traumatic event (I don't want to spoil it for a friend who hasn't gotten this far yet ;) ), Henchman 21 becomes an adept henchman, turning around the Monarch's entire operation and turning the other Henchman into a finely tuned army. Essentially a reworking of an earlier cosplay into a much more badass one, it's not a whole lot of work, mostly reworking the mask and adding more pouches to everything. | |
