Description
For ryaoki's MGS4 group. :B
Ahhh... I love Laughing Octopus. Somehow I knew I'd end up cosplaying her one way or another.
The worrying thing is that I know exactly how I'm going to make it. Knowing my ideas, though, it probably won't work out.
WILL BE DEBUTED IN 10 YEARS

I hope you do make that. I loved Laughing Octopus, her and Screaming Mantis were clearly the best of the Beauty and the Beast gang.
